1 General Overview

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the 99bde platform and its user ("you" or "member"). This Agreement governs the use of 99bde's website, mobile version and other digital services.

99bde is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting and live gaming services for users in Bangladesh. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to protect your information and follows a fair play policy.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing any of the following actions, you fully agree to these terms and conditions:

3 Membership Eligibility

4 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may operate only one 99bde account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

You must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. An identity verification (KYC) process may need to be completed before withdrawing funds. This process may require a copy of your national ID card or passport.

• If the information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately.
• It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to us immediately.
• Transferring or sharing the account with anyone else is prohibited.

5 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first account deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. After receiving this bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a 200% bonus of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a total of 2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

• The welcome bonus applies only once per person or device.
• Winnings from bonus balance will be added to the cash balance after the wagering requirement is met.
• Promotional bonuses may not be shared with any third party.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

6 Other Promotional Offers

99bde regularly organizes various promotional offers, reload bonuses, cashback and special events. Each offer has its own terms and conditions which are communicated in detail at the time the offer is announced.

• Each promotional offer has a specific validity period; the offer will automatically expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonus offers may not be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• 99bde reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotional offers at any time.

7 VIP Program

Loyal members of 99bde can enjoy the benefits of three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback and enhanced service.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback and exclusive benefits.

Based on regular and active participation, members can advance step by step to higher VIP tiers. Full details of each tier's benefits are available in the VIP section of the platform.

8 Deposits

For depositing funds on the 99bde platform, we currently support bKash, Nagad and Rocket payment methods. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Once a deposit transaction is successful, the account balance will be updated instantly.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Transactions using a third party's payment account are prohibited.
• If a transaction fails due to a technical error, contact support within 24 hours.

9 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If there is an active wagering requirement, withdrawals will not be processed until it is met.
• Large withdrawals may take additional time for security verification.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• If fraud is suspected, 99bde reserves the right to withhold withdrawals.

10 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 99bde platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not supported. There is no need for currency conversion and no additional conversion fee will apply.

11 Fair Play Policy

99bde is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our game results are determined through verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All game services are provided through our trusted game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and others).

12 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99bde:

• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing or any form of cyber attack.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to operate games.
• Colluding with other members to deceive the system.

13 Account Closure and Suspension

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any valid balance will be returned.

14 Responsible Gaming Commitment

• Losses caused by user negligence or failure to keep account information secure.
• Force majeure situations — such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.
